How To Make a Booking
Who can book online?
If you are a private patient paying for your own appointment you can book online. If your sessions are being paid for by your employer or an insurance company please contact the Clinic by phone on 01229 827717 to arrange or change your appointments.
What information do I need to book online?
You will need a current email address to use the online booking system. If you have been before please use the email address you gave us previously and the system will find your details and save you a little time.
Will I get confirmation that I have made an appointment?
You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment details immediately, and you will get a text reminder the day before the appointment.
What if there are no appointments available when I want to book?
If you can’t find an appointment on the days you are available you can choose to join the waiting list. Please make sure to tell us when you are available. When we get a matching cancellation we will get in touch with you.
What next?
Once you have booked an appointment you will be able to log-in to our Patient Portal where you can see your Clinic record. If you have to cancel you can do so online up to 24 hours ahead. If it is less than 24 hours please call 01229 827717 to let us know. The people on the waiting list will be very grateful!
