Professional Experience

James started working as a Personal Trainer for Nuffield Health and Wellbeing in 2012 in Hertfordshire. While building his client base, James started to take referrals from Nuffield Health Physiotherapists and medical teams and built a relationship working alongside the Physiotherapists to provide patients experiencing both acute and chronic injuries and ailments with the best treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Due to this, James trained as a Sports and Remedial Massage therapist and Biomechanics coach in 2015 to provide extra support and knowledge to his clients, which delivered fantastic results. James believes that unrestricted, pain-free movement is key to a happy and healthy life, regardless of age and ability. He aims to achieve this through methods such as Biomechanics assessments, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular techniques, Pilates for rehabilitation and strength, maximising the understanding of a problem and resolving it.

James had a career change in 2018 when he decided to train and qualify as a Paramedic and has since worked as a Health and Care Professions registered Paramedic for two of the United Kingdom’s NHS ambulance services, where he has been able to continue to help people manage both acute and chronic illness and injury.
