Pinar Aydemir

Head Physiotherapist

Pinar Aydemir is a very experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with a warm and caring style. Since qualifying in 2005 she has worked exclusively in private practice, specialising in manual therapy for musculoskeletal problems.

Pinar has a holistic approach and offers some of the latest treatment methods including acupuncture, modified pilates and the use of kinesio-taping to enhance the healing process.

Professional Experience

Pinar worked for five years in private practice in Turkey before moving to the UK and taking over the Oxford Clinic in 2012. Pinar is committed to keeping her skills and knowledge up-to-date through continuous professional development and every year attends a number of training courses and conferences.

 

Pinar has a particular interest in the management of chronic pain. Patients suffering from chronic arthritic conditions often believe they have to live with the pain.  By using modern physiotherapy methods Pinar has been able to help many patients find some relief.

 

Pinar Aydemir is a registered physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a full member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).  She is also a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE), and Physio First, the association for physiotherapists in private practice.  Pinar Aydemir and the clinic premises are licensed to practice acupuncture by Barrow Borough Council.
